How do you practice mindfulness?
It’s not such a hard question to answer, but the application can be more challenging than it might initially appear.
That’s because our minds hold a lot of power over us.
Answer these questions honestly:
- How much of your day do you give up to stress, worry, regret, and rumination?
- How much time do you spend thinking about the future — the next thing you want to do or achieve?
- How much time do you spend longing for things to be different than they are?
Life is busy and distracting. You are constantly pulled away to the next thought, task, or obligation.
